SUPPORT AND DISPUTES RESOLUTION

Horizon School has clear procedures for handling concerns and complaints from students and their families. We encourage students to first raise any issues directly with the school so they can be addressed promptly.

If a concern cannot be resolved through the school’s internal processes, students have access to independent services:

These services provide free, independent ways to resolve issues after the school’s own procedures have been used.


 

Horizon School is a signatory to the Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021 and has agreed to observe and be bound by the Code.
